Payment
All amounts stated on the website include VAT and exclude delivery costs.

Fascialines.com Aps accepts online payments with; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mobilepay Online. We do not charge your purchase any kind of transaction fee.

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Fascialines.com Aps uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

Delivery
We supply goods throughout Europe, America, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand. The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days, for overseas orders somewhat longer. When ordering on weekends and public holidays, the item is sent away the first weekday. When ordering on weekdays before kl. 12.00 the item will be sent the next day.

Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.

All goods are delivered with GLS DHL and PostNord in Denmark.

Return and right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You will bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed about your use of the right of withdrawal.

The notice must be given per. mail to info@fascialines.com, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to Fascialines.com Aps to assess the condition of the item. If the product has been tested in addition to what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and function, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back.

Right of complaint
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is given on products. Complaints apply to defects in material and / or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to Fascialines.com Aps within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage due to incorrect operation of the product.

Fascialines.com Aps covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent on COD.

When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
